4.4 Limited Quantities

Certain products, particularly antique theodolites and limited-edition collectibles, are available in limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return and Refund Policy.

All physical products are shipped via third-party carriers. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery confirmation by the carrier.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are non-refundable.

The license granted for digital products is personal and non-transferable. You may not:
